The Annual General Meeting 2022 authorised the Board of Directors to decide on the repurchase and disposal of the company's own shares up to a maximum number of 20,000,000 shares, which corresponds to approx. 2.25 per cent of all the shares in the company. The authorisations are effective for a period of 18 months from the resolution. These authorisations have not been used.
On 31 December 2022, Fortum did not own its own shares.
