Chat with us! In Fortum's chat, you will be assisted by Milo, a virtual assistant chatbot. Milo can, for example, check if an extension can be granted for your electricity bill and make the change if you wish. If Milo is unable to answer your question or process your request, it will transfer the conversation to a customer advisor (Mon-Fri 9 AM - 5 PM).
