Annual General Meeting 2025
Fortum's Annual General Meeting 2025 was held on 1 April 2025. The Board of Directors resolved that a dividend of EUR 1.40 per share be paid for the financial year 2024. The dates related to the dividend are:
- The ex-dividend date: 2 April 2025
- The dividend record date: 3 April 2025
- The dividend payment date: 10 April 2025.

Annual General Meeting 2026
Fortum Annual General Meeting 2026 is planned to be held on 31 March 2026. The Board of Directors will summon the Annual General Meeting and publish the dates related to possible dividend at a later date.
